I agree that within the framework of the project carried out by Studio Steroid and Forward Festival, the pictures and/or videos submitted by me may be published

- in a print publication in collaboration with Forward Festival
- on the Instagram page @studiosteroid
and may be saved for this purpose. The photos and/or videos are for artistic purposes only.
I am aware that photos and/or videos can be accessed on the internet by any person. Despite all technical precautions, it cannot be ruled out that such persons will continue to use the photos and/or videos or pass them on to other persons.
I have read and understood the following information in accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO.
This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. I can also revoke this consent at any time in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail). Photographs in which I am recognisable and which essentially show only me will subsequently be removed immediately and will no longer be used for new printed matter. If I am shown in the photo together with other persons, the photo does not have to be removed, but it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognisable in the photo (e.g. by pixelation). If I am shown in the photo together with other persons and do not want to use the option of pixelation but want to replace it directly with a new photo (for example because the photo has a special significance for the website), the deadline for replacing the photo is one month.
I hereby truthfully affirm that the consent of all persons depicted in the photos and/or videos submitted by me has been duly obtained.

2. Purpose of processing
The photos and/or videos are for artistic purposes only.
3. Legal basis of the processing
The processing of photos and/or videos (collection, storage and transfer to third parties) is based on the explicit consent of the person(s) with parental authority or the person(s) concerned, thus in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO. The publication of selected image files in (print) publications of the organiser(s) as well as on their homepage /instagram account or similar is necessary for the the organiser(s) and thus serves the legitimate interests of the participants, Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO.
4. Categories of recipients of personal data
The photos and/or videos will not be passed on to third parties.
5. Duration of storage of personal data
Photos and/or videos submitted for the purposes will be stored for an indefinite period of time subject to revocation of the consent of the person(s) concerned.
6. Right of revocation of consent
Consent to the processing of photos and/or videos can be revoked at any time for the future. The legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
7. Data subject rights
According to the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights:
a) If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you. (Art. 15 DSGVO)
b) If incorrect personal data are processed, you have the right to rectification. (Art. 16 DSGVO)
c) If the legal requirements are met, you may request erasure or restriction of processing as well as object to processing. (Art. 17, 18, 21 DSGVO)
d) If you have consented to the data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out with the help of automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability. (Art. 20 DSGVO)
